1. Clear the glass line inside and out

Move displays, sandwich boards, bins and planters back a metre from the glass. Cleaners need a clear run along every pane, and water-fed poles need room to angle. The less furniture-shuffling on the day, the more time goes into your glass.

2. Tell us about access quirks

Locked side gates, alarm zones, tenants upstairs, the Rottweiler next door — mention anything that affects access when you book. A quick note up front avoids a wasted trip and keeps the job on schedule.

3. Pick your timing

Early morning before opening is ideal for retail and hospitality: footpaths are clear, the glass is cool (hot sun dries solution too fast), and customers never even see us.
